Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains how paying for ThreadMention works and when you can get your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service. ThreadMention is operated by Bogdan Soldatenkov.

Prices

ThreadMention sells prepaid credit packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current prices, in euros (EUR):

PackCreditsPrice
Starter50 credits€29
Growth200 credits€79
Agency500 credits€169

The price shown when you check out is the price you pay. Price changes never affect packs you have already bought.

What one credit buys

  • One credit pays for one completed Reddit thread analysis.
  • A completed analysis uses one credit whatever the verdict is: good, weak, and skip results each use one credit.
  • An analysis that fails, or a thread that cannot be accessed, before the analysis is completed costs nothing.

Credit expiry

  • Purchased credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
  • Each purchase has its own expiry date. Buying more credits does not extend the expiry of credits you already hold.
  • Free trial credits expire 30 days after you sign up.
  • Expired credits cannot be used or refunded.

How payments are processed

Payments are processed by PayHot, our payment provider. You enter your card details on PayHot's secure payment page, not on ThreadMention. ThreadMention does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Credits are added to your account once PayHot confirms the payment.

Prices are charged in euros. If your card or account uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or other fees. These are set by your bank and are outside our control.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged the wrong amount, email us. Once we confirm the duplicate or erroneous charge, we will correct it, either by refunding the extra amount or by adding the credits you paid for.

Immediate access and withdrawal rights

Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, so you can start using them straight away. Before you buy, we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access and that ThreadMention may begin providing the service before any withdrawal period that applies to you has ended. Using credits may affect any statutory withdrawal rights you have. Whether, and how far, depends on the law that applies to you.

Refunds

  • Unused purchases: if you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. The credits from that purchase are removed when the refund is made.
  • Purchases you have started using: if credits from a purchase have been used, we may decline the refund, or refund only the unused part where that is operationally possible.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayHot. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.

If you want to ask for a refund, please do so before deleting your account. Deleting your account may result in the loss of unused credits, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights you have under mandatory law that applies to you.

Reversed payments and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the credits from that payment may be removed from your account. While a chargeback or payment dispute is being looked into, we may pause further purchases and temporarily restrict the credits from the disputed payment. A dispute on its own does not close or suspend your whole account. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually sort it out faster than a dispute.

Billing support

For refunds, billing questions, or payment problems, email hello@threadmention.com from the email address on your account. Include the date and amount of the payment so we can find it quickly.
